FuelU collects account details, nutrition and food-diary data, and only the optional health-tracking categories you choose to use. Health tracking and AI processing are opt-in by category; you can withdraw a category in Account settings, which stops future collection or AI processing for that category.
We use your data to provide meal planning, diary, optional wellness tracking, and chosen AI features. Processors include OpenAI for opted-in AI features and Stripe for payments; FuelU does not store card numbers. Nutritionist access is limited to an active client relationship and is recorded for accountability.
You can download your data, change consent choices, and delete your account in Account settings. Deletion removes your account, personal content, health-tracking data, and active professional relationships. A minimal restricted-access security/audit records may be retained where necessary, and Stripe retains its own transaction records under its policy.
